Alpha Maintenance becomes Alpha!

Since its creation, Alpha has never ceased to develop and diversify its offering. The past 8 years are a perfect illustration of this dynamic, as they have been marked by strong growth. This has materialized in an unprecedented rise in sales, from 4.5 million euros in 2016 to 20 million euros in 2024, accompanied by a 5-fold increase in our workforce, which will reach 300 employees in the coming weeks.

This virtuous circle is based on our ability to evolve beyond our traditional business of managing major industrial shutdowns, and on our diversification of skills to meet increasingly complex needs. This is reflected in the acquisition of the Impaqt Conseil brand in 2017, the launch of the Naval and Defense business in 2021, and the strong development of our inspection service, embodied in particular by the launch of the NDT business in 2023. Our national coverage has also been extended by the opening of 5 new centers across the country over the last 8 years.

Aujourd’hui, Alpha propose une offre complète, couvrant l’ensemble du cycle de vie des installations industrielles à travers ses activités d’Ingénierie de maintenance, d’Ingénierie d’inspection ; Contrôles Non Destructifs et d’Ingénierie d’exploitation. Ce changement de nom était donc indispensable pour refléter cette transformation et nos ambitions futures.

Si notre identité évolue, nos valeurs fondamentales restent intactes : offrir à nos partenaires des solutions durables, adaptées et performantes, tout en répondant aux défis d’un secteur en pleine mutation. La qualité de nos services repose sur un engagement constant en matière d’excellence, de fiabilité et d’innovation.

Ce nom, plus simple et plus moderne, traduit notre vision tournée vers l’avenir et notre ambition d’accompagner les industries, et le monde au sens large, dans leurs transformations à venir. Il s’inscrit dans un nouveau cycle de croissance qui devrait nous permettre un nouveau changement de dimension dans les années à venir.
